Trent Banyan is the visionary leader behind The Body Transformation Institute and High on Chi. As a qualified practitioner in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, Holistic Health, and Esoteric Acupuncture, Trent brings over a decade of experience in the healing arts, combining deep clinical knowledge with a passion for integrative wellbeing.
His career began in private rehabilitation, where he gained extensive experience supporting individuals through complex physical and emotional health challenges. This foundation laid the groundwork for his unique, results-driven approach to holistic healing.
As co-founder of The Chi Hub clinics in Noosa and Nambour, and now founder of The Body Transformation Institute, Trent has been instrumental in expanding his wellness vision into multiple successful centres. He is currently leading the franchising and strategic growth of the clinic, ensuring its values and transformative practices are accessible to more communities.
Balancing his role as a father of two daughters, Trent remains deeply committed to his mission: to empower individuals through holistic health education, innovative treatment models, and sustainable wellbeing practices. His entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to transforming lives continue to drive the evolution of his growing network of health and wellness enterprises.
SUZIE HEATH
Chief Innovation Officer / Co-Owner
Suzie Heath is the driving force behind the innovation and technological advancement at The Body Transformation Institute. With over 30 years of experience in beauty therapy and body contouring, she is a well-recognised figure in the Australian body aesthetics and contouring industry, known for her deep expertise, strategic vision, and extensive professional network.
Suzie’s career began with a passion for helping people feel confident in their own skin. That passion led her to co-found multiple successful ventures and dedicate her work to integrating cutting-edge technology with holistic treatment practices. Her commitment to continuous improvement and transformative results has positioned her at the forefront of industry innovation.

As Co-Founder of one of Australia’s most successful body contouring businesses alongside her mother, Suzie Heath, Danni Rustenburg has established herself as a respected leader in the medical-aesthetic and body transformation industry. Now serving as Head of Training & Therapies at The Body Transformation Institute, Danni is committed to staying at the forefront of innovation while maintaining a strong foundation in holistic, client-centred care.
Danni brings a results-driven yet compassionate approach to every aspect of her work, combining state-of-the-art technology with proven holistic methodologies. Her mission is to ensure that each client not only achieves their physical goals but also feels supported emotionally and mentally throughout their transformation journey.

Assistant Manager & Skin Specialist
With over 29 years of experience in the Skin, Beauty, and Complementary Therapies industry, Dawn Simm brings a powerful blend of clinical expertise and leadership to her role as Assistant Manager & Skin Specialist at The Body Transformation Institute.
Originally trained in the UK, Dawn began her career in beauty and complementary therapies before advancing into postgraduate studies in laser and dermal technologies.
Her passion for skin health led her to train under leading experts such as Dr Elizabeth Raymond, and eventually move into teaching and mentoring within UK Further Education Colleges.
After relocating to Australia with her family, Dawn continued to build her career on the Sunshine Coast, where she has worked for the past 17 years—including over a decade running her own successful skin and beauty clinic. She has remained committed to professional development, constantly upskilling in the latest anti-aging techniques and advanced skin technologies.
In her dual role, Dawn supports the day-to-day management of the clinic while also delivering personalised, high-performance skin treatments.
Her philosophy is simple yet impactful: “No one’s skin is the same—so no one’s facial should be the same.” Every treatment is a tailored experience, designed to guide clients on their unique skin journey and deliver transformative results.

Naomi Bing is a passionate and intuitive Wellness Consultant at The Body Transformation Institute, dedicated to guiding clients on their journey toward true mind-body harmony. With a strong foundation in beauty therapy and a diverse background in energy healing, Naomi integrates a wide range of holistic modalities to support clients in achieving balance, confidence, and lasting transformation.
A graduate of Sydney’s renowned Madame Korner College, Naomi holds a Diploma in Beauty Therapy and has worked in the industry since her early days as an Innoxa Beauty Consultant and Pharmacy Assistant.
Her passion for skincare quickly evolved into a deeper calling to support others holistically—leading her to study and practise energy-based therapies including Access Bars, Access Bars Face Lift, Reiki, Pellowah, and Esoteric Acupuncture, the latter under the guidance of leading expert Trent Banyan of High on Chi.
Naomi’s approach is grounded in compassion, intuition, and a genuine desire to help others reconnect with their inner self. She is currently expanding her practice further by studying to become a Tantric Yoga Facilitator, continuing her commitment to personal growth and deeper energetic understanding.

A former International Heptathlete and published author, Jackie’s commitment to personal development is reflected in her extensive training, including a Diploma in Life Coaching (Life Coaching Institute Australia), Personal Training (Australian Institute of Fitness), Pregnancy Nutrition (Cadence Health), Swedish and Remedial Massage (International Therapist Education Certification), and ongoing studies in energy healing.

Rachel has worked across diverse areas including integrative oncology support, subconscious healing, EFT, mindset coaching, and transitional therapy.

Currently studying Sports Science at Sunshine Coast University with a direct pathway to Physiotherapy, Niamh brings both passion and purpose to her role—living and breathing the wellness principles she is learning.
With a strong interest in human movement, physical health, and recovery, Niamh applies her growing knowledge to support both clients and the team in a practical, hands-on way. She plays a key role in ensuring the clinic runs smoothly—prepping treatment rooms, maintaining a calm and inviting space, and assisting in the background to ensure every client receives the best possible care and attention.
Having spent the last two years travelling across Europe and the UK, Niamh brings a global perspective, curiosity, and grounded presence to her work.
