TRENT BANYAN
GENERAL MANAGER
Holistic Health Practitioner Coach/Mentor, Esoteric Acupuncture Therapist, Qualified Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine practitioner, Light Warrior and highly sought after multi-modality Healer. Trent Banyan is the Owner/Director of High on Chi, Creator of The Pillars of Chi Flow, Guide for the Chi Quest retreats and Co-Founder of The Chi Hubs Noosa and Nambour and The Body Transformation Institute.
Working in the private rehabilitation space provided Trent with incredible experience in supporting people to thrive through various challenges and concerns. He now focuses on Esoteric Acupuncture sessions, mentoring holistic health practitioners and running Chi Quests Wellness/Adventure Retreats in Australia and OS.

CHIEF INNOVATION OFFICER
With a remarkable and extensive career spanning over three decades in beauty therapy and body contouring, Suzie embarked on her educational journey and co-founded her businesses fueled by her genuine passion for witnessing the astounding transformations in her valued clientele. Observing the continuous progress in the individuals she supports, both on the inside and outside, serves as an endless source of inspiration for her.
DANNI RUSTENBURG
HEAD OF THERAPIES
After Co-Founding one of the most successful body contouring businesses in the country with her Mum Suzie, Danni has pursued being at the forefront of the medical-aesthetic industry and what it has to offer.
Her collective goals are to continue using the amazing technology the Body Transformation Institute has acquired and combine that with proven holistic technology. Danni truly believes the biggest changes they can help clients make is to support their mind as well as their physical goals, inspiring her clients to integrate this into their treatment plans.
JESS RUSTENBURG
SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Jess has always been focused on building a beautifully balanced life that is reflected inside and out. Her belief is that true beauty comes from being comfortable in your own skin and has partnered with her mother and sister to combine health and beauty to take wellness to the next level.
Her expertise is supporting the family business in the digital and marketing space which rounds out their team perfectly. Jess loves that both the collective expertise and incredible, ground breaking technology has the ability to change people’s lives by giving them options to work on their body and areas of concern without going to extremes. Her #1 goal is to “give amazing customer service, make people feel cared for, make sure they know we really want the best results for them.”
DAWN SIMM
SKIN/DERMAL SPECIALIST
With 27 years in the Skin/Beauty & Complementary Therapies industry, Dawn comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Originally from the UK, she trained in beauty and complementary therapies, eventually continuing her post-graduate studies in more advanced laser & dermal technologies. She worked under masters in their field like Dr Elizabeth Raymond, where she expanded her skills into teaching and training the next generation within the UK Further Education Colleges.
Dawn and her family decided to immigrate to Australia to start a new life. She has worked on the Sunshine Coast for 17 years, owning and operating her own skin and beauty business for over 10 of those years She has continuously up-skilled in training and learning more advanced anti-aging technologies as they are unveiled within the industry.
Dawn specialises in Dermal Skin Therapies and is extremely passionate about her industry. She loves nothing more than to get the best results possible! As she says, “no one’s skin is the same, therefore no one’s facial is the same”. It’s not just a facial, it’s a journey designed for the guests to achieve their skin dreams.
NAOMI BING
RECEPTIONIST / BEAUTICIAN
Naomi Bing, a dynamic and passionate holistic practitioner, empowers others to achieve holistic well-being. Holding a Diploma in Beauty Therapy from Sydney’s esteemed Madame Korner College, she possesses a profound understanding of beauty, wellness, and the mind-body connection. As an Access Bar Practitioner and Access Bars Face Lift Practitioner, Naomi guides clients toward balance, rejuvenation, and self-confidence. Her commitment to personal growth and holistic wellness is evident in her exploration of modalities like Reiki, Pellowah, and Esoteric Acupuncture, with training from renowned expert Trent Banyan of High on Chi.
Naomi’s journey began as an Innoxa Beauty Consultant Pharmacy Assistant, sparking her passion for skincare and well-being. Dedicated to empowering individuals, she is currently studying to become a tantric yoga facilitator, expanding her holistic practices.
With expertise in beauty therapy, energy healing, and yoga facilitation, Naomi exemplifies a holistic practitioner devoted to guiding individuals toward self-discovery and inner harmony.
