GENERAL MANAGER / CO-OWNER
Trent Banyan is the strategic force behind The Body Transformation Institute, operating at the intersection of vision, innovation, and execution. As Co-Owner and General Manager, he works largely behind the scenes, shaping the direction, structure, and expansion of the business across multiple ventures.
With a background in Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, and holistic health, Trent brings over a decade of experience in the wellness space. His foundation in private rehabilitation gave him a deep understanding of complex health challenges, which continues to inform his systems-driven, results-focused approach to business and client care.
Trent has been instrumental in building and scaling multiple successful ventures, including The Chi Hub clinics and High on Chi, focusing on integrating advanced therapies, streamlined operations, and strong brand positioning. He now leads the Institute’s strategic growth, partnerships, and future expansion, ensuring the business continues to evolve while maintaining its core philosophy.
Known for his ability to connect ideas, people, and opportunities, Trent constantly works behind the scenes to refine the model, elevate the brand, and drive long-term success. His focus is simple: build impactful businesses that deliver real, lasting transformation at scale.
SUZIE HEATH
Director of Innovation & Strategy
Suzie Heath is Co-Owner and Chief Innovation Officer at The Body Transformation Institute, and a recognised leader in the Australian body aesthetics and contouring industry. With over 30 years of experience, she brings a powerful combination of clinical expertise, strategic vision, and industry influence.
Driven by a passion for helping people feel confident in their own skin, Suzie has co-founded multiple successful ventures and built her career around integrating advanced technologies with holistic treatment approaches. Her commitment to innovation and continuous improvement ensures the clinic remains at the forefront of the industry.

Danni Rustenburg is Co-Owner and Head of Training & Therapies at The Body Transformation Institute, and a respected leader in the body contouring and medical-aesthetic industry. As Co-Founder of one of Australia’s most successful body contouring businesses alongside her mother, Suzie Heath, Danni brings a wealth of experience and vision to the clinic.

DAWN SIMM
Assistant Manager & Skin Specialist
Dawn Simm is a highly experienced Skin Specialist and Assistant Manager at The Body Transformation Institute, bringing over 29 years of expertise across skin, beauty, and complementary therapies.
Originally trained in the UK, Dawn has advanced her career through postgraduate studies in laser and dermal technologies, alongside training with leading experts in the field. Her passion for skin health has also seen her step into education and mentoring roles, sharing her knowledge within Further Education Colleges.
Now based on the Sunshine Coast for over 17 years, Dawn has successfully owned and operated her own clinic and continues to stay at the forefront of advanced skin treatments and anti-ageing technologies.
In her dual role, Dawn combines leadership with hands-on clinical care, delivering highly personalised, results-driven skin treatments. She believes that no two skins are the same, and tailors every treatment to support each client’s unique skin journey.

Niamh Simm is a valued member of the Body Transformation Institute team, working as our Clinic Angel and Trainee Wellness Consultant.
Currently studying Sports Science at the University of the Sunshine Coast, with a direct pathway into Physiotherapy, Niamh brings a strong foundation of knowledge and a genuine passion for health, movement, and recovery. She is deeply committed to both her personal and professional growth, actively applying what she learns into the clinic environment.
Niamh plays an integral role in the day-to-day flow of the clinic, supporting the team behind the scenes to ensure every client experience is seamless. From preparing treatment rooms to maintaining a calm, welcoming space, her attention to detail and care contribute to the high standard of service BTI is known for.
With a strong interest in human movement and physical wellbeing, Niamh is developing her skills as a future Wellness Consultant, supporting both clients and practitioners in a hands-on, practical way.
Having spent two years travelling through Europe and the UK, she brings a grounded, open-minded perspective and a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
